INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Singapore Post:
Status: Operational, but expect delays due to the flight cancellation, suspended mailing services to certain countries due to new border restrictions.
A delay in all international mail and SpeedPost services, with current information expecting at least a 2-3 week delay.
Shipments to China have been resumed, except to Hubei Province.
Some services suspended for countries with closed borders.
Suspensions throughout South America, Africa, and the Middle East
Australia Post:
Status: Operational but facing delays for all international shipments due to shortage of flights. Domestic shipments are less impacted but expect delays.

Canada Post
Status: Fully operational, waiving signature requirements.
Where possible, their delivery agents will apply our safe drop process. Where it’s not possible to safe drop, the courier agent will provide a notice to indicate the main office where you can pick up your parcel.

USPS:
Status: Fully operational within the US, with delays in Europe and parts of Asia; services suspended in parts of South America, Africa, Middle East, and throughout India.
Domestic
U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail products and First-Class packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability.
International
The service disruptions affect Priority Mail Express International® (PMEI), Priority Mail International® (PMI), First-Class Mail International® (FCMI), First-Class Package International Service® (FCPIS®), International Priority Airmail® (IPA®), International Surface Air Lift® (ISAL®), and M-Bag® items.
USPS will hold mail delivered to closed business addresses for 30 days before returning to the sender; businesses can request temporary mail suspension for 30 days.
Announced on 23rd April 2020 that they are transitioning some international services from air freight to sea freight. This will dramatically impact delivery lead times for these destinations.
