BASE THUMB PRESSURE POINT
Located on the wrist crease at the base of the thumb. Applying gentle pressure and massaging this point to alleviate respiratory and breathing problems.
INNER GATE PRESSURE POINT
Located at a special spot on the crease of the wrist. Reach out both the hands with binding wrists. Massage this point firmly with the thumb to improve digestion and relieve any nausea or stomach pain.
LUNG MERIDIAN PRESSURE POINT
Located at the edge of your hand; running from the tip of the thumb down along the side of the hand, ending just beneath the crease of the wrist. Run your finger along this line and if located a sore spot along this line. Gently massage it to relieve any cold symptoms, chills, sneezing, runny nose, and sore throat.
SMALL INTESTINE PRESSURE POINT
Located at the outside right on the edge of the hand. The pressure point lies in the depression just below your pinkie finger. Apply firm pressure on this point to relieve neck pain, earaches, and headaches that occur at the back of your head.
HEART PRESSURE POINT
Located in the crease of the wrist; in line with between the ring and pinkie finger; there is a bone directly in line next to this pressure point. Apply gentle pressure to this spot for anxiety, insomnia, heart palpitations, and depression relief.
