Bhutan Whisky K5
First produced in 2008, The K5 is specially blended and produced to commemorate the happy and auspicious occasion of the Coronation of His Majesty the Fifth Druk Gyalpol, King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuk of Bhutan.
Blended and bottled in Gelephu, Bhutan, it uses vatted malt imported from Scotland, high-quality grain neutral spirit and natural spring water.
This is easily one of our favorite whiskey from Bhutan. Regretfully and much to our disappointment, it is rumored that production for this whiskey might stop permanently, so do give it a try should you get the chance.
